I’m so desperate to record my songs. I’ve been bombarded by influences from Japanese culture of late and it’s really kick started inspiration in a lot of areas in my life.
My current style goal is to keep my poppy folky melodies, and chord structures, placing them on a scaffolding of kick-a$$ electronic beats and beefy synths, to create some kind of neo-Brit-J-Pop mutant. No mean feat, if you ask me, but I’ll give it a try.
