The past few days I’ve been scouring all the music on my computer to find exactly what I want and do not want to keep in terms of old music files and the like. I managed to shift 5GB worth of stuff that took me most of the day.
What was quite nice to see, however, enough completed recordings to make two albums, though little of it is of the quality I’m after these days. Still, it was fun seeing how my writing and production style has changed, and the drive I had to make a career out of it. I’d really like to get that back.
I guess all I want now is someone to take what I’ve written and make it ‘real’ instead of just an idea playing in my head. Caryl wants a professional producer..!
